You get to learn and absorb a lot of information in a short period of time.
Cons
There is no proper training, no specific outline of your duties or responsibilities, and definitely no room for growth.
Questionable ethics while still running like a start-up. Forget policies or basic morals, it's all about who you know and how much money is coming through the door.
No balance between work and personal life.
Old and outdated equipment.
Supportive peers and management. Multicultural group with locations in different parts of US and in UK and Bulgaria. Not stuck in a tight box and able to work outside of specified job title (not a good thing for those that like defined roles).
Cons
Still operating like a start-up nearly 10 years later. They have the want to invest in better processes and systems, but upper management can be a bit disorganized in their approach. Often reactionary rather than planned or proactive.
