There are genuinely so many Pros that space would be less :-) Some of them: 1. Leadership Team is very clear about where the organization has to go 2. Not like your typical sales company where managers abuse, etc. Here everyone respects you 3. The HR policies are amazing and I have not seen this level of connect anywhere 4. Organization took great care of us in COVID. We even have a 3 crore buffer for COVID releated treatments
