Pros
Small company and lot of client's, will get exposure to a lot of technologies. This is good place for people who are looking to break into IT career.
Cons
May need to research & figure out technologies yourself, this can be a good thing. Traveling to client's offices in midtown and downtown area. Have to answer client's emails outside work hours.
