9yWe are disappointed to receive your feedback, and as we believe the comments are not in line with our processes or the experience we wish our Consultants to have, we would like to offer you some further clarity on a few of the points you have made.
Our training is widely recognised in the industry and provides those who are joining entry level roles with a fast track to a career that would otherwise take signifiicantly longer to reach within normal routes. This means that our Consultants are able to work effectively with high profile clients within months. That said, as a business, in order to provide this training to you we do also require commitment (much like other Graduate programmes) to stay with us for at least the 2 year period you mention and this is made clear in your contract.
We are unaware of, and would not allow for, the dismissal of employees in the way you have stated. We have a performance management and appraisal process in place which must be followed, and the situation you mention would not have happened without prior warning, performance reviews and regular feedback - and also conducted in privacy.
Please be assured that we do take any feedback like this seriously, and will be exploring all points as follow up. Much like any role you will be or have moved on to we would always encourage you to speak to your HR advisor should you have any concerns.
