    Pros

Great Place to work. If you like to just go to work and not have to worry about upper management this is the spot of you.

    Cons

Part of the company sold off without notice to it's employee's, so having to possible move under new management with out any notice wasn't so good.

    Advice to Management

Inform your employees on possible intentions that want to be done, don't inform them when the company is already in the process of going under new management. This can really affect peoples lives.

    I worked at Qbase full-time

    Pros

A good company, with some visionary leadership. Very bright people that I enjoyed working with. Everything suggested innovation.

    Cons

A little lacking when communicating the vision. Sometimes people were left wondering "what is it that we really do, or how does that translate into Sales." But, the pros fair outweighed the cons.

    Advice to Management

    Stay the course. Good solutions.

    Pros

I really love the team I work with. Everyone is friendly and down to earth, easy to get along with and have great values.

    Cons

There is to much change and turnover, a lot of decision are made without considering the affect those decisions will have on managment

    Advice to Management

When you put people in positions make sure they ARE a good fit and not a convenience hire.

Qbase is customer oriented; good environment for staff that strive to ensure user awareness and assistance.

Like with any contract change most contracted employees are picked up; achievers and non-achievers.
