- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
good pay and benefits. pays for education
Cons
part of the job, but the only cons is an on call list that rotates.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
When you are in the clique, the benefits are tremendous, long lunches, shopping, fake all day meetings...where you can disappear, zero pressure to perform, especially if you are the latest class pet.
Cons
Uh oh, it's time to work, but you were distracted by your boss, when problems arise, you are on your own. You become the outcast, with no support. Gone are the superficial relationships. No one has your back. It's either you or them and of course it's never them.

I have been an employee for 4- years now. Honestly I couldn't be more happier.
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Excellent company with great benefits, most importantly there is room to grow and advance your career opportunities
Cons
I really can't mention any difficult situations, the company actually tries to meet everyone needs.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Enjoyed working on completing the Marriott Marques Hotel and with Bob Knopf who gave me the lead way to complete what he hired me to do. Would like to work on another project for him.
Cons
Didn't have another project to work on.
- Former Intern★★★★★
Pros
Learned so much. My bosses really cared about building my skills and teaching me
Cons
You've gotta want to work hard. Long hours and lots of work
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Pay is fair, at or slightly above average market rate.
Cons
The company is horrible if you work on the management side in the DC region. The culture is toxic and mentally and emotionally draining and the turnover rate is horrendous. In 5 years time, over 8 people have quit solely because of senior management. For such a small company, less than 200 in the dc area, that is a large percentage. There is no work life balance. The senior management expects you to be available 24/7, even when it is not an important issue. The company itself is so behind the times. They still use paper timesheets, as just one example.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Very friendly staff and the job was easy enough.
Cons
Leasing requires weekend work.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
They are good on balance between family and work. Most managers dont micro manage and if you have been with them for long you enjoy benefits like time off, higher salary etc.
Cons
Not alot of job training when you join, you have to learn preety much on your own; very difficult to communiciate with upper management. Not much of IT development here.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Small family run company, conservative and not over leveraged
Cons
Too small and old fashioned. Leaders haven't changed in 20 years.

Pros
They were reasonable with providing good pay and bonuses
Cons
No work life balance or teleworking
