      You work at client location. Other than that no pros.

      Cons

      Never believe a word these guys say. They change their words according to their convenience just to manipulate you and take advantage of you. They change their terms and agreements without letting the employees know for their own benefit. They will never let you grow. Every employee who has left this organisation(or infact are still working) will never say a good word about them. You can connect any of the current or ex- employees on linkedin to take a feedback. They will also let you know its reality. P.S.- Make sure you read their terms and conditions in details before joining. (Though, they mention in the letter itself that they can change the terms and conditions anytime :P)

      after thinking for more than a day i come to this point that you will going to regret working here only thing that should make someone to join this company is .. if they given option to join this company or go to hell (still hell will be better).

      Cons

      everything is downside regarding this company No policies No work ethics Worst work culture worst attitude of employer and Employee and yes you can be fired without prior notice.. one line Don't spoil your life here .. you will get many other company to join better than this..

      Cons

      >No Work life balance in company >Worst HR Department: They'll change the policies without even intimidating the Employees >NO survey being conducted before enforcing any policy > Poor employee engagement > Exits are never smooth
