Not enough staff to ensure quality work at each client No paid training but yet they want you certified Management expects you to bill out 70% of your time at customer sites Pay is not competitive with the role You're billed out at over 5 times your salary, but yet they can't pay you more? I know there's overhead, but seriously? The internal network is built from Compaq Deskpro desktop machines covered with a tarp since the building has a leaky roof.
Advice to Management
For a company that only has ~15 employees at any one time don't retain a "former employees" folder that is a mile long.
