I worked at Quality Technology Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company surround with great people. Management is very friendly, helpful and easy going. People who works there, really work from heart and don't want to leave the company at all. I would definately recommend QTS to anyone.

    Cons

I was there very short period of time and had to leave because of family issues. To be honest, I did not find any cons. I used to work for Global Multinational Company before but I found QTS was amazing.

    Advice to Management

    Engage more fun at work.

I have been working at Quality Technology Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

In business for over 23 years and has survived the ups and downs of industry change, economic turmoil and industry upheaval. Good processes and policies in place to ensure stability and repetition of quality delivery. Very customer focused.

    Cons

Tend to take employees for granted, as a means to an end. Very tight budgets, very little opportunity for training (unless it's free).

    Advice to Management

Find ways to supplement revenue to build a pipeline of recurring revenue in order to finance investment in staff and infrastructure.

    Pros

Exposure to a lot of technology

    Cons

Not enough staff to ensure quality work at each client
No paid training but yet they want you certified
Management expects you to bill out 70% of your time at customer sites
Pay is not competitive with the role
You're billed out at over 5 times your salary, but yet they can't pay you more? I know there's overhead, but seriously?
The internal network is built from Compaq Deskpro desktop machines covered with a tarp since the building has a leaky roof.

    Advice to Management

For a company that only has ~15 employees at any one time don't retain a "former employees" folder that is a mile long.
