      Creates an environment of entrepreneurship where you have the ability to stand out if you work hard

      Cons

      You will also stand out if you fail. Allowing engineers to be managers not a good mix of expertise. 80 or more travel. Great company if you like to travel and don't have a family life.

      If you get an email from them delete it immediately as they will do a bait and switch and give you a false job description to get you in the door and are very cheap
