You get paid to be there..

Worked here for awhile. Previous comments have summarized it pretty good. Everything is archaic. There are no point of sale systems, just a brain dead paperwork system that the CEO won't change because it 'just works'. It doesn't. It's a mess, annoying, and takes longer than it should. You get (I'm not joking) 300+ emails a DAY and you are expected to read them all. The ego is really hard to look past. He won't take any time to get to know you, but will sit you down for hours at a time and tell you how much you need to be like him. Place is an actual nightmare to work at. Sidenote: once you meet him, you will get used to the way he talks very quickly. There are two good reviews here, both very clearly written by him. Hilarious.

Good place to get your foot in the door

Cons

Micromanaged, everything you do is being watched. Had to write up daily reports on everything I did and hoped the owner was pleased. Once heard the owner saying he like to make people cry because it gave him a sense of power and authority. Also fired me after turning in a two weeks notice.
