      Pros

      It was a serviced-based start-up so learned a lot during my tenure. The CEO placed great trust in team and everyone was working independently with good company culture.

      Cons

      It would've been even better if got chance to work on some long term project.

      Pros

      Office environment is cool and positive. Lots of perks and benefits. Get to learn and build project from scratch with supportive senior developers. Flexible time is real and you can manage you schedule as you like. Prefer person with good skills over education. Any background graduate can apply if you have skill you will be selected.

      Cons

      I haven't felt anything as such which could be termed as con because almost every aspect of the policy is in place.
