Pros

The president/CEO Mike and his wife Kathy were nice.

Cons

Training was only for collections reps; there was no training or professional development if in any other department. You had to wait six months before any benefits. Hourly employees were fired even when they were in the hospital; pay was extremely low. turnover was very high

Pros

Since the company has made some changes, within Management its really starting to be beyond Great, the Respect the company has for there Employees as well as the consumers is Amazing , there is room for growth here with this company I am a witness to that, I started out as an agent 2 and a half years ago and I am currently training for a Manager position, I am going to tell everyone every chance I get about the wonderful opportunity you have if you choose RGS.

Cons

there is only a 30 minute lunch, so its ideal to bring your lunch with you so that you can be more productive with your time
