      Pros

      Very interactive with it's employees, love it! Providing a host of professional development opportunities for every employee to take advantage of. Great working experience with this company.

      Cons

      Continue to search for lower out of pock premium payment with medical coverage.

      Pros

      Small close nit family environment, direct access to the CEO. They try hard to please the customer. I enjoyed working with my coworkers.

      Cons

      Small company does not allow for a lot of growth. They generate a lot of LPTA contracts, which means salaries aren't great, but they have great expectations. Benefits could be better.
