      Not all it's cracked up to be

      Pros

      Enthusiastic C team, cookouts, mostly nice people, good salary, nice equipment, good choice of color palette, twenty word minimum met.

      Cons

      Benefits are not on par with other tech firms in the area. They claim to be a "30 year old startup", but that only means there is no work-life balance. You are thrown to the wolves and expected to perform with little guidance and no feedback. There are no career advancement opportunities because there is no growth. They are stuck in perpetual "startup" mode and can't seem to grasp the big picture. Management talks trash about subordinates and other employees behind their backs. If you don't do the same, you become the target. Not very team oriented and overall not a comfortable place to work.

      Good company that is losing some direction

      Pros

      Benefits are ok. 401k matching. HDHP with two levels of deductible. All Microsoft shop. Good hardware and latest development software. Pay is average to good. Cook outs. Stock options (but don't expect to get much)

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy, so no possibility of promotion. Training is on the job - don't expect training classes. Have recently lost some key people. Expectations to work weekends and evenings - more than whatever it takes attitude.

      Don't Be Fooled By the Recent Management Postings

      Pros

      Don't be fooled by the recent positive reviews posted by the current management. This place is a toxic place to work. If you wanted to be treated poorly, belittled on a daily basis while ownership continues to turn a blind eye then you should pursue a career here. But be warned, unless your chummy with the managers, you will not receive the mentoring and opportunities for additional learning posted below. The pay is decent but you will be expected to work long ours and harassed if you have a reason to leave.

      Cons

      Terrible personal treatment of employees. Ownership doesn't seem to care about how the staff is treated. Long hours with little reward, quite the opposite, with harassment if you try to have any 'work life balance' Flat organization. If you're looking to climb the corporate latter you won't have an opportunity here. Don't believe the this place is great posts that have recently popped up. They've been posting positive reviews using a variety of emails for years and bragging about it.
