    Pros

    Loved the people I worked with. Exceptionally skilled, and learned heaps from them. I also felt that I could reach out to managers/more senior consultants for support if and when I needed it.

    Cons

    None, I enjoyed my time.

    I have been working at RXP Group full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

    * Good projects * Big clients * Exposure to plenty of new skill sets * Regular one-on-one meetings that keep employees engaged * Team lunches * Friday drinks * Weekly CEO updates * High salary I have been given fantastic opportunities which really changed my career and life. I am a happier person now.

    Cons

    Between project engagements, sometimes may be temporarily assigned to do something you don't really want to do.

    * Keep up the good work * Establish company core values and culture and bring them to life * Giving back can eventually attract the best and brightest people * Get feedback from clients and give feedback to employees. No one has ever improved at anything without feedback from others

    Free social drinks on a Friday, CEO is a friendly people person Opportunities to learn from experienced consultants Some practice managers and directors have friendly and flat communication styles Long term employees, who are performing well and social seem to get promoted

    Poor work life balance for the operational workforce No compensation for staff that go above and beyond Staff can be blamed for outcomes that have no relationship to their role Consider the salaries for junior or mid consultant level Training does not appear world class, cheap subscription or free content mostly Expectations are unreasonable within some practices, not all skills are technical Some behaviors demonstrated...

Work life balance should extend to operational staff - Whilst your enjoying your flexible work arrangement or having a coffee consider the stress levels of your workforce, negotiate and reach out more 2. Consider your communication style and cultural attitudes towards workforce - you might be a manager or director of a tier 2 consultancy, but your just another person in the industry. 3.     Several learning opportunities e.g. workshops on consultant habits Great people working on projects who are very willing to provide support to each other Can experience a range of projects Challenging but interesting work

    Some management styles in the higher levels of the company were not seen positively
