Thank you for your positive review. Unfortunately we have limited car parking space available. The fairest way to allocate spaces is on a length of service basis – we operate a waiting list to ensure spaces are allocated when available. In close proximity to our offices, you will find public car parking averaging at around £3 to £4 a day. There may be an option to purchase a discounted pass at these sites. Alternatively, our main offices in Telford and Hitchin are well served by national rail services with stations just a short walking distance away.

Pros

None. Low pay. No parking. Horrible

Cons

Working here was the worst time of my life, I am so much happier now I have left this dreadful company. Management are horrible human beings that get a kick out of being horrible and putting down young people. If you actually want a good career, and have ambition, do not work here! They will tear you down and try and break your confidence. I had to go to HR on a few senior members of staff due to derogatory comments made of a sexual nature. If you are intelligent, instead of pushing you to do well and giving you work that can benefit you and the company. They will be intimidated and give you boring admin tasks to do, to hinder your growth. Also a lot of management don't have a degree, so if you have a degree they will be jealous and try and hinder your growth. Trust me do not apply here, everyone I know that has worked at ReAssure have been extremely unhappy and under paid; and have been much happier when they have left and found a new role elsewhere. The company pays low, they is no progression. Pay increases are pathetic (eg 1-2k per year) Bonuses are pathetic Seriously don't even bother applying, try and find a job else where. Also staff are forced to write good reviews to distract people from the bad ones. If you notice all the bad reviews are really detailed (because they are genuine) and the good ones are very short (because they have been written by staff).

Thank you for your review and the feedback, it’s important to us that we hear what our current and former employees are feeling and thinking and Glassdoor is just one of the mechanisms to capture this feedback. It’s disappointing to hear how you felt about the culture of the business. At ReAssure we take allegations of discrimination and any concerns of a cultural nature very seriously. We have many mechanisms in place for employees to raise such concerns, in order for us to resolve these to ensure dignity within our workplaces. We hope that through our many ways to raise concerns, be that anonymously or not, employees feel comfortable to bring matters to our attention and, therefore, allow us to fully look into them and take any action that may be needed. We trust you gave us the opportunity to look into and resolve the points you raise in your review before leaving us. All of our salaries are benchmarked as part of the recruitment process and so we believe they are in line with the market rates but through our recruitment partner and job evaluation tool, we regularly review this to keep up to date with how this may be changing. Most of our offices are in a town centre location and so have minimal parking available on site. Most have good public transport links to them or long stay car parking available close by. Whilst we have offices situated in such locations, we will unfortunately be unable to change this but we are confident that we make sure employees considering joining us understand that this is the case and can then make necessary arrangements.

Pros

Good restaurant good pension plan outwardly presented as good company

Cons

No parking for staff Scared of speaking out as you will definitely be indirectly ganged against Play their politics and you fine Racism, discrimination, bullies- when you complain you will be put on management plan, where all they do, is to criticize you, no support, rather they will report on how bad you are doing, but not try to help you. Top management dont care, all they want is delivery no matter how you get it done, they dnt care. i lost my pregnancy due to work stress and all i hear was when am i resuming their stupid work, complained of being bullied and no feedback from it till i had to resign.
