      Pros

      ~(EVERYTHING)... in other words I can't find any positive comments. If you want to live racism and unfairness every day then work here!!!

      Cons

      -EVERYTHING -Compensation is low, they don't care if you don't even have a high school diploma... that just means cheaper labor! If you have a degree you are still worth nothing. One of the partners is just plain racist, his mood swings are just outrageous. Partners mix their personal issues and employees get the short end of the stick!

      Pros

      Working with ESPN, NFLN and other known television sport networks

      Cons

      Upper Management are always looking for a reason to bring down the moral. Non of the upper management staff have college degrees, and if you do have one.... good luck growing at RCS. They will always look for reasons. They will try to micro-manage you all day. To an extent of not being able to drink beverages (they are only for clients). Two weeks ago it was brought to our attention that we are not allowed add negative reviews on glassdoor! Really? That's just a bit too much outside my comfort zone!

      Pros

      Casual work environment. You get to work in projects that involve with big name clients in the broadcasting industry and in events such as the Super Bowl.

      Cons

      Low pay and management never follow through with their promise. They want you to be flexible with their working hours and flexible with pay. They will bait you to agree on doing something on the promise that you will be compensate fairly, but, they will not honor that promise. Even though their working environment is casual, but, their working method is very uptight like any corporate jobs.
