      Pros

      * Very collaborate work culture. All employees are encouraged to have a voice and share ideas to help shape the company's future * Highly motivated and talented team * Leadership provides clear direction and is accessible at all times * The product continues to get better every year and the best part is that it's driven by customer feedback * PMF which makes selling the product much easier

      Cons

      * honestly can't really think of any cons. maybe some would say in office 5 days a week in office but I prefer it and I think that's our edge.
