      Zero. I would advise anyone thinking about joining Rebuilt to run as far away as possible. Micromanagement at the highest level. Constant fear of being laid off. Zero work life balance. You will make absolutely no money. It’s a very sad operation and it’s obvious with the insane turnover

      See pros but I can go on. You will get calls on the weekends and evenings asking why you aren’t making more phone calls. Why you aren’t retrading. Why your talk time is down. Your metrics are constantly analyzed and if you value your mental well Being stay far away.
