      Pros

      The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Red Alpha is vision and family. The leadership at Red Alpha has the vision, strategy, and expertise that continually enables the company to grow to the next level. They have very long-term goals, and growing to sell to another company is not one of them. They are in it for the long haul. EVERYONE at Red Alpha is wonderful to work with. I genuinely feel like I'm part of the Red Alpha family, and I've made several life-long friends through Red Alpha. In my 32+ years of professional experience, Red Alpha is my favorite employer by far. I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.
