Pros
The best team spirit and colleagues I've had in my career. The company is made by the people and for the people. There are some changes where we can explore and play with new technologies, but the company also encourages each member to bring new ideas and solutions to the table. The ownership is split across all members. Teams are flexible and agile.
Cons
Being a small company, there are a few tough times when cash is needed, and some projects need to be executed to have some more interesting and challenging ones in the future.
