2. Freshers are well guided to learn new framework/language.
3. Ease to comunicate with management
Cons
I haven't feel such of any con so far, except bit low salary hike.
Excellent Environment , Experienced Team, Working Flexibility , No time issue, Helpful peoples , 60 min lunch break , No pressure, If you have any query or issue then discuss with our senior and HR team . I think for freshers best Opportunity to startup.
Very flexible scheduling and understanding supervisors. Put forth a significant effort to advance your skills as an employee and help you climb the ladder.
Lot of opportunities in the field of mobile application development, web development, and ML/DL.
