Pros

The cons make you closer with your coworkers

Cons

Company is not financially stable. Despite being around for almost two decades, one bad project wiped them out. Made questionable financial decisions and cut back in the wrong places. Owners like to think their buddy-buddy with their employees but in fact never actually build loyalty. Only two or three die-hard employees. Everyone else leaves after a year. Salary is PALTRY. Just avoid.

Pros

They have a nice office space located in a cool neighborhood.

Cons

High turnover in dev. Their in-house PHP framework sucks, no one else uses it, and no one else has even heard of it. Your next employer is looking for someone with experience using Laravel, Symfony, or Zend, not "Reflexions Framework." Their clients are small businesses who are very very cheap. You will be timed down to the minute on how long you worked on this ticket or that ticket and the client will always say it took to long. The partners think they are Steve Jobs class technology magnates but they are very far from it.

Pros

Working with talented, good natured people, flexible work hours

Cons

Financially unstable. They don't manage money well. They don’t pay their vendors, and employees aren't always paid on time. The owners are emotionally immature and lack practical business experience. The work is sub par, and it shows. Nothing launches on time. Most of their clients are not happy. The people they hire are awesome (but talented, ambitious ones leave within a year). Good training ground for young developers maybe for a year. But they should get out quick.
