      Pros

      Cool location, small business and updated office space.

      Cons

      If you enjoy an unprofessional atmosphere with your work being heavily micromanaged and constantly scrutinized, this may be the place for you. While there is free coffee and occasional donuts, the experience of dealing with the owners can make it difficult to stay motivated.

      Pros

      Owners are excellent people who celebrate your achievements and ambitions, both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      While most appreciate the entrepreneurial culture, folks from large corporations may benefit from working closely with leadership so they can find their rhythm more quickly.

      Pros

      Recruiters do find good people to work there, so staff was predominantly pleasant to work with. They just don't stay. Most of the office staff has turned over since 2021.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional at best. Toxic work environment where you are micromanaged, treated with disrespect, and even subject to violent outbursts by the employer. Parking is a huge issue, where employees sometimes have to move their car to other (less safe) areas several times a day.
