      Pros

      This Organisation has great leadership, you get freedom, learning and flexibility. It has a great work culture, few organisations just say that they have an open-door policy, Remote Resource practices it. I have seen this organisation Grow from a Single employee to 75+ Resources and I am sure they are on the right trajectory.

      Cons

      Transport and Meal facilities should be added for Night Shift employees working from the Office.
