Location is good Some flexibility with hours Some flexibility with working from home
Cons
For a Healthcare company they do not offer great Healthcare for their employees. The cost for employees for the service you receive is not as good as other places I have worked. The leadership team quickly changes things on a dime and with little planning things are not executed properly and need a lot of fire fighting. They do not value their good employees or hardworkers, more of a club that promotes complaining as opposed to getting work done.
