Nothing is good about this company

Cons

They give you a minimum pay and tell you that no one is doing minimum work in this company. No structured career support and guidance. They expect you to figure out everything yourself, no matter how junior you are. Poor communication and poor team vibe. Lack of trust and full of mind games and setting you up for bad consequences. Don’t hesitate and just leave, please!

Big creep factor - office environment and staff. Deeply ingrained misogyny. Sexist, ageist, racist. Management style is verbal abuse and bullying.

They at least pretended to be nice at the beginning.

Cons

Hostile working environment. Team leaders are not responsible. No people management at all. They only look for a working machine who can learn and figure out everything themselves. Your self leaning time is not paid. They require you to work long hours and give crazy workload without any appreciation or respect. And once you make a mistake, you are suddenly a total trash to them.
