A Circus of Circuses

Pros

Unlimited Vacation, nice people (non-management), product concept, kitchen snacks, free lunch on Fridays...

Cons

No process, broken product, ridiculous politics, firings that go unannounced, no transparency, no vision, over worked employees that compensate for broken product, gossip culture, drunk culture, total inappropriateness around the office, absolutely no leadership and all customers are unhappy. There is not one happy customer which keeps everyone in firefighting mode.

Pros

The company will succeed eventually. They have an awesome CEO.

Cons

They operate like a 15 person startup on a shoestring budget. The good thing is that business is good, but the bad thing is that they have too much work to do and not a big enough cohesive team to do it well. There are never-ending fires to put out. You don't even get to put a fire all the way out before needing to jump on another bigger one. Dreadfully grumpy co-workers in some cases. No raises, no bonuses and no 401k matching. Any compliments given are only used as an opportunity to make a complaint-sandwich.

Too much politics

Pros

Entrepreneurial, plenty of junk foods in the kitchen, paid parking, most workers are relatively nice

Cons

Too much politics, management at times make emotional decisions, unknowingly setting people up for failure just to save some money, ~ 30 people left the company in 2014.
