    Pros

A great break after high pressure recruiting work -- vendor neutral, and no staffing, so making choices and recommendations based on what's best for the client and not what's going to make your company the most money or get you the most commission.

    Cons

It's a little tough being so spread out, since most of us sit on-site with a client.
New hire training is A LOT of time on webinars and calls. Lot's of "info dump" style trainings -- great topics, but tough to stay engaged.

    Advice to Management

Re-visit the new hire training process -- maybe a few sessions via webinar to go over the broad strokes before getting to work, then using the new hire session in CA to delve deeper in.

I have been working at RightSourcing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I'm just at the coordinator level yet the Sr. VP knows me and my team by name. It's great working for a company that truly cares about you, wants to see you grow and succeed. I normally always finish my work within my 8 hours, rarely do I have to stay late and if I do it is only by 5-10 minutes. They really value work-life balance, you start off with a ton of PTO and it just continues to grow from there. This is the first company I've worked at where I am not contacted or have to work when I take a day off.

    Cons

Sometimes due to the role we play as an MSP we have to play the "bad guy" with the client or suppliers we work with. Also, maybe it is just the client I support but, sometimes the decisions/changes aren't fully thought out before they are implemented so it can cause some issues afterwards.

    Pros

The company operates as a large company, but has the feel of a family. People treat each other with respect, with an emphasis on the open door policy.

    Cons

    We could use a cafeteria.

    Advice to Management

As the company continues to grow, remember that the success originated with the open door policy.

None to share at this time.

Keep up the good work and never lose the level of transparency in your employee communication - it reinforces trust within the company!

I worked at RightSourcing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Really no pros; company acts like a unique start up. It's a telemarketing company.

    Cons

Executive team is completely detached from reality of field level issues. Business Development job is essentially telemarketing Managements want you to think you are a consultant but the people on the other end of the phone and email view you as a solicitor

    Advice to Management

You aren't as great as you think you are. You need to take a step back and reevaluate yourselves and your values quite frankly.

I worked at RightSourcing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to work from home and the folks at the staff level are great.

    Cons

Leadership does not care about their staff. They proudly say one of their core values is "we are family" However they do not live up to this standard. As many others have posted, folks are let go without any notice here. My boss never had any official performance reviews with me or put me on any PIP. I got a call on a random Monday to inform me that I would be no longer employed at RightSourcing. When asked for a reason, I was given lies that they made up. When I asked to see things in writing they could not produce the evidence. Leadership are always looking for ways to cut dollars. There was an instance where one of my direct reports to come back to work after she went on leave for disability. If you are thinking about joining this company, please look at all other options before taking a job.

    Advice to Management

You need to start thinking beyond making money, you won't last if you can't think outside the box. You need to also start treating staff with respect. Get some diversity in your leadership team, currently looking at the way your staffed , its very monochromatic and gender biased.
