I worked at Risetime full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    - You have access to premiere clients and challenging opportunities
    - Access to a variety of industries such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing

    Cons

Small firm means you will be called to work with multiple clients, and stretch your bandwidth

    Advice to Management

Not sure if this still is applicable, but adding a tuition refund program would be desirable

I worked at Risetime full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Wide variety of interesting projects. Performance is recognized and appreciated. Fairly laid-back corporate culture. Friendly people and accessible management. Nice office.

    Cons

Projects are short-term, so there's not much security. Consultants can end up faced with difficult decisions - if an engagement requires a long commute and there's no other engagement for a particular employee- guess what...

    Advice to Management

Don't know. It's a tough business. Find a way to communicate to potential clients that Risetime represents a big step up from run-of-the-mill staffing firms.

I worked at Risetime full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is okay, they bring in snacks on Fridays.

    Cons

Once no work for you, you are done. Location is bad - share floor with ruffians. They act like work that was outsourced was done in house. I won't elaborate on their ethical lapses and unethical practices, but it is shameful.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with people from the get-go.
