With the acquisition of your location, change was inevitable. The decision to move away from a very, small segment of the work performed was carefully explored and thoughtfully considered. While this decision did impact a handful of individuals, who were given months of advance notice, additional benefits, and the opportunity to consider other positions, the whole of Ronco remains strong and intact.
The company does subscribe to the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Business Model (EOS); however, each member of the Senior Leadership Team started their career in an entry-level role and was promoted based on their results. They are recognized experts in their respective fields based on their experience and contributions, not because they read one book. With Ronco's average tenure of 11 years and outstanding employee engagement scores companywide, we are well poised to serve our customers and communities now and in the future.
