Given a laptop, nothing else...no pros to be specified.
Cons
Mandatory overtime i.e, employee should work minimum 12 hours, which they call as commitment towards company,that's totally brutal. Also, the salaries never come on time and we need to keep informing them every other day to credit the salary. No working environment, worst management. No friendly talks, no problem solving skills. Only two-three seniors who act as if they are the boss and the others are their slave. They are the best people to ruin others career to make their own fortune ......
