    Pros

None. Maybe a decent salary if that's all you care about.

    Cons

They are slow respond, dishonest, and overall make it incredibly stressful and tedious to deal with them. They are incredibly stingy with negotiations and benefits.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees as you would want them to treat you (as human beings)... This is something your mother should have taught you years ago.

I worked at S Cube Soft (Less than a year)

    Pros

Will be very friendly before joining.

    Cons

Worst Company, will never stick to word and will always try to degrade employees and they know only one thing that is to harass employees. The owner Satish is the main cause for all this. Definitely USCIS need to take severe action again these type of companies.

    Advice to Management

Never try to mess with life of employees.

I worked at S Cube Soft as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of flexibility with schedules and work times. You feel you can manage your own time and focus on things that are important to complete when you need to complete.

    Cons

The flexibility seems to be available because leadership is not the best. There just seems to be a little disorganization with the procedures and how things are done on a daily basis. How you are paid is very annoying!
