• Since starting at SALIX, I have learned how to be a better leader, develop long-term partnerships with customers, and how to better support my team. • I enjoy working at SALIX because of the people. SALIX is an environment where people truly care about each other, about our customers, and about continuing to evolve both personally and professionally. • I enjoy working with a dedicated staff to accomplish significant goals and deliver incredible solutions for customers. • SALIX makes my work life easier by having personal relationships with each employee and innovating to reduce any unnecessary friction that makes my work harder than it needs to be. • I’m proud to work at SALIX because as we grow, SALIX focuses on promoting from within, and we have significant longevity in our staff.
Cons
SALIX does not do a good job of micromanaging employees. So if you need a lot of oversight to be successful, this would not be a great place for you.
