      They jerk you around, don't give raises, only more responsibility

      Cons

      Management doesn't communicate to each other (This is very important for singular workers overall) No second shift positions They will overload you with work Refuse annual raises to their best workers, instead opting to "bonus" them and have the bonuses massively taxed so it's like you got no bonus at all
