      Treat you like family, get to work from home, pay works if you work

      Cons

      Sometimes leads are scarce but you still have to hit quota, some team members are not “team oriented” but it is sales, Not all government holidays are paid days off.

      Incompetent leadership from the COO, SVP, and manager. 80% of sales floor does not hit quota and the other 20% barely hits quota.
