I have been working at SSCS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Such an amazing team of individuals working together, committed to one another, laughing together and continuously striving to create value for the client. Just can't say enough good things about the executives and the entire management team. Even the president/founder will regularly bring his big BBQ equipment to the main office and treat both local and visiting team members to his authentic Texas BBQ. This place has none of the negatives so many of us have experienced in corporate America. Instead, it does have so many of those things that make it feel like home...and like I'm working with a loving family.

    Cons

    Absolutely zero to speak of.

    Advice to Management

Stay agile in the evolving marketplace, but continue to have employees feel your steadfast commitment to their success. Be proud of your 30 years in business; you deserve this success!
