If you're lucky - when you step to the plate, the gun clicks and you survive another week. Their mindset is so fantastically fixed you can notice it in the responses they give people here. When reading this, it feels like I'm listening to a political debate - The awards mean jack when the people you work for despise Sunday nights due to work on Monday. Managers leading by fear seems fashionable. I witnessed first hand the unprofessional nature of the entire management - And when I say entire, I really mean the entire management group.

Extremely poor management. People are being bullied and eventually laid off. No stability, HR unable to help. You won't get any respect from the management as all they care is money.
