    Working at SVN in San Diego thus far has been a great experience. I'm fortunate to be working closely with successful individuals that are also genuine and open minded. We are starting from the ground up and I'm really excited to be a part of this companies growth.

    Great network, hands-on-training, support from colleagues, beautiful office & a reputable brand.

    Cons

    The nature of the career path is tough at first, but it really pays off. No cons about the OC SVN office.

    I have been working at SVN full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great training and opportunity awaits for anyone thinking about getting started in commercial real estate. Excellent training program and mentors to help get you started. Still in my first year of commercial real estate, but I am excited to see what the future holds thanks to my Managing Director and the tools for success that SVN provides.

    Long hours are required to be successful.

    Open office, Centrally located in Downtown Santa Ana, great co-workers, SVN Training and Best Practices, the best technology available

    Cons

    Parking near the office will run you $40/month

    Being the more "entrepreneurial" of all the other national commercial real estate companies
    Focus on education and improvement from the head office
    Balanced life culture
    Growth oriented national mentality
    Open to individual initiatives

    If you are looking for a great company environment, SVN | Vanguard is the place you want to be at. Professional training, mentoring programs, and a national company that you will be proud to be a part of.
