Pros
I like that my position is primarily work from home with some travel, this flexibility allows me to work with my family's schedule. It is a small, but growing team, which means you need to wear many hats and have lots to do. I find there is openness to my ideas and I am able to make an impact with my work, which is very meaningful to me.
Cons
With departments working remotely there can be disconnect on projects or overall goals, so you need to be proactive and communicate with all team members to get a full picture and alignment.
