    Great place to work. Some office politics but everyplace seems to have that.

    Cons

    Management always seemed to have their favorite employees who could do no wrong. No room for advancement.

    Do not take things too personal.

    Little trust in employees

    Poor organization

    Sexist claim manager

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better. Get rid of the sexist pig "running" the office that isn't really doing anything. Stop playing favorites. It's terrible for morale. Put a little more trust in your employees.

    good people, laid back environment, overall nice place to work

    Cons

    a claim is a claim is a claim-just not for me. If you like claims, this is your place. Pay is very very low but good atmosphere can make up for that a bit.

    pay more.

    Raises should be higher for the higher performers. Chances to advance in company are few.

    Management degrades and belittles employees. Strong control issues and do not liste\n to employee reccomendations

    It could be a good place to work if people were respected

    Pros

    -Gainshare bonus goes into 401(k) making it worth more at retirement
    -Majority of coworkers are great
    -Really good coffee
    -nice office space

    Cons

    -Terrible leadership
    -Awful management style
    -Work/life imbalance
    -Complete lack of respect for employees below the rank of supervisor
    -Unrealistic expectations
    -Expects you to work overtime but will not pay you for it

    Advice to Management

    Stop using the phrase "make your supervisors life easy!" It shows a complete lack of respect for the majority of your employees who actually handle the workload. Worst management I've ever worked with.
