      Pros

      Work environment is supportive and team members are helpful in solving day to day issues. Good exposure to banking domain and application support activities. Opportunity to learn troubleshooting, client handling and ticket management. Work is mostly stable and processes are well defined which makes it easier to understand.

      Cons

      Work can become repetitive after some time and growth opportunities are limited if not upgraded skills. Sometimes work pressure increases during production issues or urgent client requirements. Shift timings and work-life balance can be slightly challenging during critical situations.
