Pros
The friendliest place I've worked, genuinely nice company from all my teammates up to the CEO Alex. Had the occasional stressful day as you do at any company but they were few and far between and I never had what I'd call a "bad day" here, would recommend it as a place to work.
Cons
Only downside is that realistically the majority of the social events are in London as it's a London based company with mainly employees in or around London so if you're remote as I was (Manchester) you're going to miss out on the occasional events but I guess that's life as a remote worker tbh

Pros
Depending on who your manager is you can thrive alongside dynamic and intelligent coworkers. In a short time I got to meet practically everyone in the company. I have never met such a huge number of friendly, interested, inclusive and genuine people.
Cons
- Micro-management - Outdated management methods - Favouritism - High turnover - Poorly defined job descriptions - No work life balance (burn out is common) - No business plan
