I worked at Saudi Telecom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Dynamic teams, good structure, professional teams & team players. In short it's not called the largest telco in the region for nothing. Not only the largest, but the greatest with huge potential for employee/employer growth and personal development. I had great time as professional @ STC and i grow many folds just because of the exposure and working with professional colleagues and using the latest of tech and equipment. I must say I loved it and would love to come back some day to be part of it.

    Cons

    - Salary, i found that other smaller operators pay more but on the other hand you will learn many times more than what you learn in smaller operators.
