      Pros

      They have a very smart group of people across disciplines and they know their stuff. Team is committed about delivering high quality products and that's refreshing in my industry. Salary and benefits are competitive with industry standards. Good food and fun happy hours.

      Cons

      Forget about this place if you're average, you won't survive their high expectations. Too many processes for a startup. NASA is fun but the building is awful, no AC in the summer and heating problems in the winter.

      Pros

      Great benefits and free food and drinks. If you're lucky, maybe you'll join one of the few functional teams that exist.

      Cons

      The CEO gets away with exorbitant spending and misogynistic comments. Management has given themselves countless of raises and promotions for 0 notable accomplishments. The company still does not have a FDA approved product on the market.
