Pros

If you are motivated by money and large profit bonuses , this is the place for you. Put in the effort, put in the time and you will see the rewards (at the end of the year though). They work on interesting projects, however timelines are extremely tight with little regard for personal well being. If you can power through and put in 60-80 hours a week, you will see those handsome bonuses.

Cons

If you are NOT motivated by money, it can be difficult to achieve that work/life/motivation balance. Even management agrees that this is NOT a 9-5 type place. They are driven by profit margins and everyone works towards that.

Based in Goa, that's a nice bait.

Cons

I've seen, been part of, and heard of quite a number of ruthless firing practices followed on here. All under the expert guidance of their CEO Mr. Tanmay Modi. Anybody who is working here, is basically on the mercy from this man. I think that tells you enough about the Company Culture. I thought it's important to say this as a lot of new joiners don't know about the inner heads of this organisation.
