Pros
I have been with Secure Mission Solutions for a few years now, and have always worked at a client site. When I first started the benefits were great, and there was a strong core of employees that helped mentor new employees. Everyone on the contractor side was welcoming, and even though there was a lot of work, there was always appropriate training to help.
Cons
After about 6 months in, the benefits were changed due to be acquired by Parsons. Our tuition reimbursement was cut in half, and although Health Dental and Vision are offered, they are not the best options. The core group of employees all left within a 4 week span to start their own company because they were so frustrated. The new PM that was put in place is hardly at the office, and attempts to be too much of a people pleaser, rather than focuses on issues with the employees.

* Good management that actually care about whether you succeed * Yearly raise is industry standard which is good * You are both rewarded and recognized by the company for performing well, (Spot Awards) * Fair payment and good benefits
Cons
* Company was outbid by another company so it lost the contract. This ended my employment and I needed to join a different company to maintain my employment on the project
