Management is unapproachable on so many levels. Pay is a joke. 0 growth.. upper level makes it seem like they want you to grow to only give you tons more work and responsibilities without pay increase. You have to beg for more money. Seasoned employees play the system and get away with doing absolutely nothing. You have no one to go to in leadership to guide you. HR does not look out for employees. Revolving door of lower level employees. New hire training is non existent. Company organization is awful.

It's easy to get on glassdoor and put in a bad review of a company that you got fired from. It's also easy to put in a bad review of a company during a time where a pandemic vastly changed the workforce and wages in less than a year and you didn't want to wait for management to adjust pay when just a few years before that no one wanted to hire you.
