      People are great which makes the rest tolerable.

      Cons

      You know the company is in trouble when the executive management team is a revolving door. Lack of direction from the CEO. The company will fire you for breathing the wrong way so don’t take your role seriously.

      I love Securitize. I joined about a year ago, and I can honestly say that I work with really smart, and talented people across the board. The leadership team is very kind, and willing to lean in and help in any situation.

      Cons

      Remote is hard but I am grateful to work here.
