      Work life balance is a huge thing here and I love the management team.

      Cons

      Training can be a little different but they do their best to make sure you have everything you need to find the answer.

      The benefit package is great. Health Insurance. 401k. PTO time; Short & Long Term Disability Insurance. Other group insurance is available. Probably others I’ve not used

      Cons

      If you want a raise you almost have to beg for it; there is no schedule for pay raises or cost of living increases
